Abstract :
"Crowdsourcing" which is characterized by the philosophy "borrowing brain throughout the world" has gave birth to a variety of business models. This paper will use case study and classify the Crowdsourcing models into four detail models by two dimensions which are "operator of Crowdsourcing" and "relationship structure of participants". Then there will be four cases known as "call for proposals for Starbucks coffee", "Innovation platform for Crowdsourcing", "Istockphoto community" and "Threadless T-shirt design online". Then comes to the general conclusion through the study on operating mechanism of Crowdsourcing: in today\´s society characterized by the popularity of internet, the nature of diversity is a great power, and Crowdsourcing can take advantages of the mechanism of public diversity, collective cognition, collective intelligence, collective selection to innovate to gain companies favor and huge commercial success.
