Abstract :
This article studies contract design problems. Based on the introduction and analysis of existing contract models and contract design methods, introduces and analyzes the detailed design thoughts, methods and models of complete contract, compares the basic assumption of complete contract and incomplete contract, and analyzes the reasons of incompleteness. Besides, the article also introduces and analyzes a new design form of contract-relational contract.
