  • Abstract
    In this report the results of simulation the performances of three-sectional Ku-band CCTWT and three-sectional X-band interdigital structure TWT (ISTWT) (both TWTs are produced by FSUE "Istok") are presented. The frequencies of pi-mode cutoffs of the second sections are shifted up beyond the working bands. Particular feature of test is that the lower band is "cavity" band and the upper band is "slot" band in CCTWT but in ISTWT the lower band is "slot" band and the upper band is "cavity" band.
