Abstract :
We present a general method for calculating the coupling coefficients of multiple beamlets of an arbitrary geometry to resonator fields having arbitrary transverse distribution. To demonstrate the effectiveness of this method, we consider the specific case of an MBK cavity operated in the high-order TM4,1 mode and show the effect of device parameters on the calculated coupling coefficients of the operating mode and two nearest parasitic modes
