Abstract :
We review recent work on reservoir cathodes both by our organization and by others. Reservoir cathodes differ from impregnated cathodes in that barium emissive materials are stored in a reservoir attached to, but separate from, the cathode matrix. A diagram of our miniature reservoir cathode is shown
