Feasibility evaluation and theoretical consideration of a vacuum oscillator as presented in K. A. Lukin (2004) and K. A. Lukin (2006) has been carried out on the basis of 3D modeling of electron oscillators motion and their interaction with electromagnetic field of open resonator (OR). A new device may be applied for generation of millimeter and sub-millimeter (terahertz) electromagnetic waves
