Abstract
The UHF band is most popular band for mobile communication. An understanding of magnitude and characteristics of noise in the frequency band is required so that the mobile operators provide a suitable service in their assigned spectrum. In this paper, the noise at the 800 MHz, 900 MHz, and 1.7 GHz bands in Seoul of Korea has been measured, and the results of each band were analyzed.
