Abstract :
The existing methods which are used to study the complicated cloud storage can not effectively express the internal. This paper abstracts the realistic cloud storage system and presents an automata model for cloud storage, which consists of Storage Cellular and Client Cellular, and analyzes this abstract model through the theory of cellular automata. We not only define the state of Storage Cellular and Client Cellular, which consists of multiple properties respectively, but also analyze each property through the Set principle and the probability knowledge and present different setting strategies for each property, and then deduce the state transition formula for Storage Cellular. This model can be used to study various internal laws when setting different properties. The paper discusses the probability that the hotspot data appear. For the hotspot data, two placement strategies are set to prevent the hotspot data from affecting the performance of the abstract model. Finally, we implement a simulation model and do some simulation tests, which include the average response time of access request, which reflects quality of service (QoS) of this system, and the change state of the stored file in Storage Cellular, which reflects the status of the data flowing between the neighbor cells. The paper explains the simulation results and the simulation results are consistent with the expected results.
