Abstract :
Glaucoma is a common clinical eye disease which has a high incidence all over the world, and it is serious and irreversible damage to the retina and optic nerve tissue, so early diagnosis has a great significance. Based on the characteristics of this disease, we apply the Mumford-Shah image segmentation, and reconstruction of the model to noise (HMSMV), and smooth spline integration technique, is proposed for computer-aided diagnosis of glaucoma, as the optic cup and disc image reconstruction, segmentation and measurement of method.
