Abstract :
The problem of the irreversible interaction light and matter has a long history. The problem of the interaction light with classical crystals in the self-absorption range is now practically unknown. In the modern radiation physics the problem of the creation damages after optical irradiation the crystals is insufficiently known too. For the resolution of this problem, relaxed optics was created. For the synthesis of all possible phenomena of irreversible interaction light and matter, relaxed optics was created. The basic phenomenological parameters of relaxed optics are as following: chronological parameters; the time of the irradiation; the time of the chaotization, practically the time of the transition the elementary act of the excitation with short-range action to long-range action; the dynamic (practically in general case thermodynamic) time of the system relaxation; the time of life the excitation phase in equilibrium and nonequilibrium states respectively. Relaxed optics is the natural expansion methods of the irreversible physics on optics. The relaxed optical phenomena are in equal parts of modern optics
