Abstract :
In the present time the obtaining of an operative information on the state of an environment is extremely urgent in connection with probable ecological consequences of pollution of an atmosphere, water media, and underlying terrain. Laser location methods are the most suitable for the solving of this problem since they have such important advantages, as remoteness, immediacy, high spatial resolution. In the report there are considered the remote methods and systems for measurement of the optical characteristics of an atmosphere, water media, cloudiness designed on the basis of the concept of elimination of a priori data. This concept consists in the minimal use of a priori information or assumptions about analyzed medium. The imparting of such properties to laser location systems will allow one to solve a problem of the metrological certification of these systems and to introduce them in practice of continuous ecological monitoring of an environment
