Abstract :
For a soybean of a grade Altom at introduction in culture of cells and fabrics explants from germinal leaflets of beans and its further duplication it has been shown, that peak efficiency of sterilization and the subsequent callus forming were observed at two variants of explants processing: US without chemical processing, or 70%-th ethanol without US. The gain of a biomass received soybean callus at action US also was above on 50%. Optimum modes of US-processing have been preliminary fulfilled on extracts from those parts of a plant, which then used as explants to not destroy valuable substances of a soybean. Then in extracts from a biomass defined the maintenance of same biologically active substances, as in extracts from native soybean to check up its biosynthetic abilities, and not just speed of a gain.
