Abstract :
The objective of this article is to embrace the eco-efficency idea of the WBCSD and the Benchmarking method to promote and to rate the use of renewable raw materials in electr(on)ic products. Especially small and medium sized enterprises spur on the use of renewable raw materials in electr(on)ic products. But as these enterprises are lacking monetary and personnel resources in product development, the need for cooperation and comparison is obvious. Another objective is, by the use of an environmental benchmarking, to promote an ecological quality management in participating enterprices
