Abstract
In this paper the photothermal method of experimental determination of thermal and physical parameters of construction materials in particular the measurement of thermal capacity and thermal conductivity has been developed. The investigated material sample is radiated by the high-power laser beam. The surface deformations change dynamics of the investigated sample is experimental registered by the electronic speckle-interferometry method. The measurement accuracy depends on the number of simultaneously measured parameters
