Abstract :
An effective method of an inhalant buccal (transmucosal) injection of medications into the body has been developed and implemented. The method broadens the opportunities of treatment for the diseases of upper and lower airway using an ultrasonic inhalation of ozonide-containing medication (ozonized oil or an ozonized emulsion of an ldquooil-in-waterrdquo type). Ozonide-containing medications being used in the implementation of the method are ecologically clean and biocompatible with the body and reduce the danger of a direct harmful effect on the lung surfactant. Here we show the possibility of an ozonide-containing medication injection into the body. The medications are used in the form of submicron and micron size aerosols and injected by way of special-purpose ultrasonic apparatuses.
