Abstract :
In this paper the results of studies of organic semiconductors based on polycyclic compound are reported. In some of these materials the sufficient photoeffect determined by the molecule configurations and independent on external electric field is observed. Apart from, these substances manifest photoconductivity, its spectral distribution is overlapped with pyroeffect´s one in the visible and infrared spectral regions
