Abstract :
The investigation of the radiation characteristics of organic compounds in the solid-state matrix and films is very important for the creation of solid-state tunnable lasers and light emitting diodes (LEDs). In this paper we have studied both TEOS and TEOS+VTEOS (vinyltetraethoxisilan) bulk gel-matrix doped phenalemine 512 (Ph512) and gel-films with Ph512 and substitutes of oxazole and pyrazole: diphenyloxazole (PPO), biphenyl-phenyloxadiazole (PBD), 4-pyridyl-phenyloxazole (4PyPO), 4-pyridil-methoxiphenyloxazole (4 PyMeOPO), toluol chloride salt of 4-pyridil-methoxiphenyloxazole (4PyMeOPOCH2PCl), substituted of diphenylpirazolinylbenzole (PDPDP), coumarine 102 (C102). Thus 8 compounds with the different structure and concentrations were researched under excitation of XeCl and second harmonics of Nd: YAG lasers with parameters: XeCl (lambda=308 nm, E las up to 40 mJ, tau1/2=10 ns) and Nd: YAG laser (lambda=532 nm, Elas up to 20 mJ,tau1/2=6 ns). Spectral characteristics were measured for one pulse with laser spectrometer "Real". Form of pulse was determined with the oscillograph "Tektronix TDS 224"
