Abstract :
The paper is dedicated to the homogeneous, heterogeneous and radiation processes modeling in optochemotronic quantum generator (OCQG) with modified electrodes. The main working part of OCQG is an electrochemiluminescent cell, presenting itself as a flat parallel structure, surrounded by two semiconductor electrodes in one direction and reflective system of two flat mirrors in the other. The process of the light generation in the considered system have been studied by means of mathematical model on the base of the presented physical model.
