Abstract
The need for improved primary standards in industrial laboratories has been evident for many years. To meet these requirements, new methods and/or standards had to be incorporated into the primary calibration chain. The paper will address the requirements and performance of intrinsic standards for DC voltage, DC resistance, length, temperature and frequency.
