Process improvement by change of paradigm in an agriculture company
Abstract :
Documents the process improvement of the Irsslinger company through the ESSI-21677 project (FLOWERPOWER) with its work performed and the experiences gained. In this paper, the objectives and the experiences of the process improvement experiment (PIE) in the company are described. In particular, the methods we used, the tools we introduced during the experiment and the problems we experienced in getting accustomed to them are reported. The business impacts and the future steps that the company intends to take after the ESSI PIE are highlighted at the end of the paper
