  • Abstract
    Based on the study of Formal Safety Assessment of Zhejiang costal areas and ports, this paper analyzes accident cases of non-power vessels and lists the risks of safety operation of non-power vessels. Synergetic safety management science is applied in the analysis, aiming to set up pre-control measurements to efficiently control the risks of non-power vessels.
