Abstract :
The enterprise knowledge represented in the objects involved in the business process evolves by the interactions of the organization´s agents. Goals expressing the agent´s actions and interactions represent the behavior of the enterprise and support the discovery, elaboration, stocking and reuse of the enterprise knowledge. The reuse of this knowledge and the adaptation of the knowledge and information system to the organization´s changes are based on the goal´s traceability. The systems represent the agent´s interventions making the knowledge to evolve. The proposed relational model supporting the requirement´s trace represents the discovery, recording, reduction and operation of a goal from a business process. The propagation of the requirement to different stages of the system´s lifecycle and the return to the requirements origin are supported by the integration of pre and post-traceability. The approach is illustrated by keeping trace of a business goal is refined in system requirements.
