Abstract
This paper presents a new algorithm which allows reconstruction of a bandlimited function from its sampling instants which do not have to be regularly spaced and the recovery of the Hilbert-transform of the function. The method described enables reconstruction of the real or the imaginary part of the dielectric permeability by means of the Kramers-Kronig-relations. The new algorithm also applies to two-dimensional functions.
