Abstract
This work deals with the problem of harmonic and interharmonic identification in presence of additive white noise. Towards this end, it is proposed an improvement on the well known Prony´s method. It is tested on both synthetical and experimental signals and the results are compared with the ones obtained by the classical Prony´s Method and by the fast Fourier transform (FFT)
