Abstract :
This study set the goal to provide a criterion to diagnosis the surgical treatment for the patellar subluxation. The proposed method was realized to proposed each calculation of the patellar gravity point, patellar profile, and femoral groove. In the experiments, the proposed method was applied to four healthy knees and four knees with subluxation patellar. In the results, the knees wit subluxation patellar were regarded as “bad” case in comparing to the health knees. A future work is to expand the calculation of the femoral groove to 3D region.
