Abstract :
The 0-3 type composites of TGS, BaTiO3 and LiNbO3 crystal, BaTiO3 and PZT ceramics based on PVDF have been prepared. The long term polarization relaxation in the composites been studied. This indicates that there are three mechanisms with different relaxation times. These mechanisms result from crystalline grains of the crystal or ceramics, matrix and grain boundaries. The stable polarization results from the grain boundaries
