Abstract :
RFID systems are upcoming technology and its techniques outweigh barcode systems. In pervasive computing, it plays a vital role. The proficiency of RFID systems are utilizing in large fields such as tracking, monitoring. One of the critical problems in RFID applications is collision which results wastage of reader´s bandwidth and energy, increase identification delay. Concurrent transmission by either tag or reader leads collision. In order to resolve collision, anti-collision algorithms are employed. Numerous anti-collision algorithms have been existed to mediate tag and reader collision. The existing tag anti-collision algorithms are concentrated on staying and arriving tags alone, they ignore re-entering tags. This paper gives the details of re-entering tag and its identification in variants of binary tree anti-collision algorithms such as Adaptive Binary Splitting (ABS), Single Resolution Blocking (SRB) and Pair Resolution Blocking (PRB). Also it observes the consequences of re-entering tag in those algorithms and presents the relative results.
