Abstract :
A predictable time structure is here quantified by least-squares fitting and polynomial regression in parameters of blood pressure automatically monitored throughout pregnancy in 156 healthy women as well as in 79 women with gestational hypertension or preeclampsia. The results suggest new endpoints to be used for an early identification of gestational hypertension or even preeclampsia
