Abstract
The 21st century we currently live in is the age based on knowledge and information. It is a computer that provides power, which can lead the new wave of information. The digitalization of information is expressed as the digital revolution. Recently, the more important the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The variety methods for protection of intellectual property rights are encryption and digital watermarking and access control and so on. In this paper, we propose RPLA system of active tracking mechanism for IPR protection. Also, protective model of intellectual property can use in a protective work of digital contents, adaptive agent and system level protection on client machine. In conclusion, we describe the implementation of our model in Linux system
