Abstract
This paper focuses on the future power demand and how nuclear power can be a major contributor to meet this demand in an eco-friendly and economical way. The current state of the nuclear industry in the United States is discussed. The key elements to a successful industry are highlighted. The ways to help promote and enhance the viability of the nuclear industry in the world are recommended.
