Abstract
This paper provides a set of harmonic measurements at a 25 kV distribution feeder. The work was requested by a large industrial customer. A utility grade harmonic meter was used for the measurements. The data was obtained at the point of common coupling where the utility primary meters were installed. The IEEE 519 standard is used to analyze the results and solutions for improving the utility supply system are presented. It is also shown that erroneous TDD measurements can be obtained using standard measuring equipment.
