Abstract :
Online students in higher education are increasingly using Electronic Group Collaboration learning tools such as Discussion Forums, Blogs, Wikis, and Journals within their course environment. This study discusses some of these new online group-collaborative tools, and the extent to which they are being used. This study also investigates the level of acceptance of learners of these tools. The findings of this study describe the number and type of Electronic Group Collaboration tools most preferred by online student, and the reasons behind their preference.
