Empirical study on treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with famous doctors´ method of regulating spleen and stomach based on simplified point-wise mutual information

By using of the clinical cases of famous doctors´ diagnosing and treating on Coronary Heart Disease (CHD), this study establishes explores the clinical structural relationships between clinic information sub-system of symptom, syndrome and medicine. The point-wise mutual information method of information theory is deployed applied for data mining and relevant association analysis of symptom-syndrome and syndrome-medicine, which is made on to disclose thee regularitiesule of Chinese medicine in treating CHD by regulating spleen and stomach. The results show that some interesting and clinically meaningful regularities are discovered and confirmed.
