Abstract :
We propose a new approach for retrieval of the instrument function of microwave spectrometers. This approach is based on the application of the quasisolution technique which was previously successively applied for determination of layered structures parameters. It is shown that this technique reproduce rather well physical parameters of absorbing cell.
