Abstract :
Information under emergency situation is always uncertain, appearing as grey interval numbers. So, it is difficult to make decision correctly and rapidly enough in emergency. A multi-attribute decision making method is presented based on the concept of extended dominance relation and variable precision rough sets with grey information. Firstly, the definitions of extended dominance relation and variable precision rough sets are introduced in detail. Secondly, two types of extended dominance rules are acquired from the pairwise comparison table. Thirdly, a scoring function is defined to score all the objects, and sorting. Finally, a case about emergency decision making after an earthquake is discussed to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the method.
