Abstract
By taking the fact that human genome consists of more than 35% of repetitive sequence, we present a data warehouse model that is efficient for nucleotide sequence based analysis. Roman´s algorithm has been adapted in order to find repeat regions and these repeats are modeled into snowflake schemas for fast storing and querying results.
