  • Abstract
    In the paper the analysis of the impact of the laser diode coaxial pigtailed package on the unwanted radiation is presented. The specific pin arrangement in such package causes the undesired effects in photonic antenna and E/O converters performance based on measured laser diode. The problem is considered in simulations and measurements proving harmful effects of the laser diode package construction.
