  • Abstract
    A novel microstrip SPST switch for S-band with small sizes have been designed and tested. The switch contains a meander transmission resonator with two PIN-diodes and input and output lines. The diodes and meander printed circuit form an electronically controlled resonator with a variable electrical length. The switch combines bandpass filter characteristics and a wide bandwidth of isolation
