Abstract
In this paper, we study a new style of error function of Constant Modulus Algorithm (CMA) and propose a new blind equalization algorithm based on a combination error function consisting of this new style of error function and a error function of Decision Directed (DD). Compared with CMA, the proposed algorithm has faster convergence rate and lower residual error, and can compensate phase rotation introduced by time-varying channels. The efficiency of the method is proved by computer simulations.
