Abstract :
The paper deals with the positioning system receiver based on an ultra-fast comparator. The paper contains the description of comparator features having influence on the UWB pulse time of arrival measurement. The receiver´s architecture and algorithms for reduction of measurement errors are presented in the paper. The proposed solution was experimentally investigated, results of developed receiver demonstrator tests are included in the paper.
