Abstract :
A computer-controlled Josephson voltage standard is developed comprising the hybrid integration of a planar oscillator and a Josephson series array. The 10 GHz oscillator is frequency-stabilized with a source-locking counter. A series array has been designed and fabricated in Nb/Al/sub 2/O/sub 3//Nb technology providing 648 mV when operated in a test fixture at 10 GHz.
