Abstract
In this paper a multistatic (MS) radar system is analyzed where we address the computation of the multistatic ambiguity function (MSAF). The MSAF is used to relate different radar performance measures to system parameters such as radar geometry and radar waveforms. Illustrative examples are used to demonstrate that the resolution of the system is highly dependent on the system geometry and type of processing.
