Abstract
In this paper, we propose a new component-based dynamic model, in which the parallel connection of induction motor and constant-impedance is applied to describe the load of power network. The original data for parameter identification is derived from network dynamics calculations. Consider the compositions of load are varying with time, season and weather, the different incentives and responses can be used to identify different model parameters. The proposed model has very strong flexibility and avoids the load classification and unreasonable load weighting which usually appear in conventional component-based approach. Due to the load dynamic equivalent data coming from the actual grid, the proposed model is closer to the actual power network in theory.
