Abstract
In order to enhance the performance of the concurrent access in the WebGIS, this paper proposes a solution of the Loading Balance which is based on Parameter Weighted Method. This solution considers the three technical factors on the WebGIS server in terms of processing capability, response time and service loading. By using the Comprehensive Parameter Weighted Method, we implement the solution of ´Geographic Map Server´ selection in the.NET platform. Moreover, a Microsoft ACT stress loading test has been conducted and the results demonstrate that the solution has better stability, concurrency and anti-load capacity.
