Abstract :
A major client for the Department of Systems Engineering, US Military Academy asked us to conduct a detailed analysis of the weapon systems program on which they were working for potential vulnerabilities. The turnaround time on this study was very short so we decided to conduct a workshop. A workshop posed significant challenges with the short timeline and the diverse group of attendees. This paper discusses how the structure of the workshop and the technology we used helped us overcome the challenges and develop a great product for our client.
