Abstract :
This project deals with the integration of the production systems through the automation technologies, considering the operational competences as an effective way to succeed when implementing these technologies. COMPETECH is a framework based on organizational and human elements, critical to the success of advanced manufacturing technologies (AMT) implementation process.
