  • Abstract
    Facing the ever-increasing turbulent market competition, how to win sustainable competitive advantage by continuous innovation for firms has become a hot issue across academic and business circles in China. This paper, from the social capital theory, probes into the relationship between a firms social capital and its learning efficiency. In addition, it, on the basis of quantitative analysis, points out that a firm´s good social capital is a key variable to improve learning efficiency for learning organization.
