Abstract :
In this paper, the decision model is suggested to continue or terminate employment in telecom or VLSI industry, based on the business model with interaction among actors of management, investment/fund, worker, and market. The value creation in iterative interaction loops is the key factor in decision model, which represents the relationship in changing environment. The organizational culture and the communication issue are considered in the decision model evaluation with case examples.
