  • Abstract
Heart sounds of normal persons and persons with coronary artery disease were processed and characterized using frequency domain adaptive filtering and AR modeling methods. Distinctive AR parameters were obtained between diseased and normal groups. A two layer perceptron, trained using the data obtained, correctly classified 15 out of 20 cases not included in training phase
