Abstract
Innovation and R&D of some Chinese enterprise have been gradually stridden across the national boundary since the middle 1990s. Those enterprises tried to restructure the technology capability and knowledge structure through absorbing foreign knowledge and technology. In this research, 24 Chinese large firm and high-tech enterprises were investigated to analyze the status quo of human resource in international innovation. A brief summary of the main finding and managerial implication were present in this context.
